Diagnostic running - structural gap detected

Your students aren't finishing.
The problem isn't them.
It's what your curriculum is missing.

You built something real. But without a through line - a single structural spine connecting every lesson to one clear transformation - even great content produces ghosted courses, empty communities, and testimonials that never come.

Structural checkpoints diagnosed

"There are people who teach you things, and there are people who change the way you see things."

- Kelly R. · Program participant

Most coaches build their curriculum the way they wish someone had taught them - which means they build a content library, not a learning journey. The content is real. The expertise is real. But without a structural spine, learners drift, disengage, and disappear.

The gap between what you think you taught and what they actually received - that's the through line problem. And it has nothing to do with how smart you are, how good your topic is, or how hard you worked. It's a structural problem. And structural problems have structural fixes.

The Curriculum Rescue applies The Through Line Method™ - a two-lens diagnostic - to find exactly where your curriculum breaks and install the architecture that makes learners complete, commit, and get results.

Three symptoms. One structural diagnosis.

Excited on day one. Gone by day seven.

They join with energy, complete the first lesson, then go silent. You post more content hoping to pull them back. The churn continues while you try to figure out what went wrong.

Structural cause: no early win designed into the sequence - the first lesson teaches but doesn't transform

"I loved it" - from someone who never finished.

Warm feedback with no results attached. They got something out of it but can't name what. No testimonials you can use. No referrals to the next cohort.

Structural cause: lessons teach information but never require a decision or a commitment - nothing sticks

You rebuilt it. The same problem followed you.

Reorganized. Rerecorded. Relaunched. The course looks different now. The results look the same. Because you moved furniture - you didn't fix the foundation.

Structural cause: the through line was never installed - reorganizing broken content produces tidier broken content
The Through Line Method™

The reason it's broken
- and the system that fixes it.

Every rescue runs through the same two-lens diagnostic applied across six structural checkpoints. If your curriculum fails either lens, we know exactly where it breaks and precisely how to fix it. No guesswork. No vibe-based feedback. One powerful breakthrough at a time - until the through line is installed.

Lens 1 - The spine check

Does a through line exist?

Every module must advance one single transformation - not add more information to a pile. If you can't draw a straight line from lesson one to the final outcome, the spine is missing. This is where most curricula fail before we even look at individual lessons.

Lens 2 - The receiver check

Is it built for the person learning it?

Each unit must end with the learner making a specific decision about their situation and committing to a position in writing. Passive consumption is not learning. The curriculum must force active application - or the lesson evaporates the moment it ends.

Checkpoint 01

Transformation anchor

One sentence: the before state and the after state. If it uses "understand" or "learn about" - it's not an anchor yet. We install one that's specific and testable.

✗ "You'll learn marketing strategies"
✓ "You'll name the one outcome your buyer pays for"
Checkpoint 02

Arc integrity

Does each module earn the next? Content that could be its own course doesn't belong here. We remove everything that doesn't advance the transformation.

✗ Module 4 is a standalone bonus topic
✓ Module 4 answers the question raised by Module 3
Checkpoint 03

Cognitive load

One concept fully understood before the next is introduced. Overloaded learners don't quit - they ghost, without explanation, without warning.

✗ 4 concepts + a project in week one
✓ 1 concept → 1 decision → 1 commitment
Checkpoint 04

Decision point

Every unit ends with a question the learner must answer about their specific situation. A decision forces application. Without it, the lesson is interesting - and forgotten.

✗ "Here's how to find your target audience"
✓ "Who actually drives revenue in your business right now?"
Checkpoint 05

Completion statement

The learner produces a written output committing them to a position. Proof of learning - and the testimonial content you've been missing, generated without asking.

✗ "Leave a comment if this resonated"
✓ "The outcome I'm actually selling is ___"
Checkpoint 06

Momentum architecture

An early win built into the structure - before learners can talk themselves out of continuing. Early wins in the first session predict completion more than any other variable.

✗ First meaningful win only after module 6
✓ First win designed into Session 1, Unit 1
Sound familiar?

These are the thoughts coaches have
at 11pm when they check their completion data.

"Why do they say they loved it and then never apply anything?"

"I keep adding content but nothing's changing." More isn't the answer. Structure is.

"I have amazing students - why aren't they getting results?" It's not them.

"I can't ask for testimonials because nobody actually finished." This is fixable.

"I rebuilt it once and the same thing happened." Reorganizing doesn't fix structure.

"Maybe I'm just not good at this." You're good at the topic. The architecture is the gap.

The problem isn't your expertise, your niche, or your students. Great content and great curriculum architecture are two entirely different skills - and almost nobody in the coaching space teaches the second one.

Fix the structure
Honest filter

This rescue is specific.
So is who it's for.

The Curriculum Rescue works when the conditions are right. If you're not the right fit, you'll know quickly - and that's better for both of us than booking something that won't serve you.

When they're not right, the most helpful thing is to say so clearly.

This is not for you if...
  • You haven't built anything yet - no content, no outline, no topic defined
  • You're looking for someone to tell you what to teach, not how to structure what you already know
  • You want a complete rebrand, new positioning, or a new offer - this is structural, not strategic
  • You're not ready to implement - the restructure only works if you use it
  • You want ongoing coaching or an open-ended engagement
This is exactly for you if...
  • You've built a course, program, or community and students aren't finishing or getting results
  • You know your content is solid but something structural feels off - you just can't see what
  • You've already tried fixing it yourself and the same problem keeps showing up
  • You want a diagnosis and a blueprint - not homework to figure out alone
  • You're ready to implement within 30 days of receiving the restructure
How the rescue works

Seven business days.
One complete restructure.
No open loops.

The clock starts after your Quick-start Call - not when you pay. You won't be handed a list of changes to figure out yourself. You'll receive a Loom walkthrough of every finding and a Notion blueprint to implement or hand to a VA. Start to finish, no ambiguity.

Included · Before Day 1

The Quick-start Call

20 minutes after intake form submission - before the diagnostic begins. We align on your transformation anchor, confirm scope, and make sure Day 1 starts with full context. No surprises, no back-and-forth mid-rescue.

The Notion blueprint supports it. You get someone talking you through exactly what broke and precisely how to fix it - not a document to decode alone.

30 days later
The 30-Day Check-in - a short Notion form at the 30-day mark. Three questions: What did you implement first? What changed? What's your completion rate now? This is how results get measured and how your case study gets built without you having to chase it.

Instructional Designer · Curriculum Architect
Why this framework exists

I didn't read about this in a book. I built it by watching what broke - and fixing it in real time.

I've spent 10+ years designing and facilitating cohort programs for real organizations - Verizon, United Way, Dress for Success - watching adult learners try to learn, apply, and transform. And watching them fail when the structure couldn't hold them.

I started with four topics per session. The room glazed over by topic two. I stripped to one. Added projects - they increased overwhelm, not completion. Removed them. Then added decision points and completion statements at the end of every unit. That's when something clicked that hadn't clicked in any cohort before.

The moment the method was born

"For the first time, members got specific. They got honest. They could name exactly who drove their revenue, what outcome they were actually selling, and what to focus on next. The structure did what six previous sessions couldn't - it exposed the gap between what they thought they knew and what they actually knew, and filled it with clarity and direction."

That's The Through Line Method. Not theory - the residue of 500+ participants across real cohorts and 10+ years of watching what produces results versus what just produces content.

Client testimonials

"There are people who teach you things, and there are people who change the way you see things. Glenna is the latter. She had the rare gift of showing me what I was wrong about - without making me feel like I had wasted time getting there."

Kelly Race · clarityworkspartners.com

The cohort achieved what a marketing course costing thousands of dollars couldn't. The entire six-week exercise helped me shift my marketing strategy from my point of view to the customer's perspective in a way that's almost unbelievably simple. Almost like a wizard, Glenna could synthesize our rambling thoughts into coherent, marketable ideas.

After the program, I have laser-sharp focus on my niche audience, precise goals that are actually measurable, and I know exactly what's working and what needs tweaking. What changed? Business clarity - specific, focused, and real.

I thought I was pretty clear on my business. I found out pretty quickly I was wrong. What changed most was clarification - who my customers actually were and how to reach them. That clarity changed my thinking and sharpened every strategy I had. Glenna's skill is in exposing the gap between what you think you know and what you actually know - and filling it.

Glenna helped me find the words deeper than my superficial business model to strengthen my website and outreach. She takes the time to research her students' businesses to provide personalized, clarifying questions. Her guidance helped me shift from describing what I do to articulating what my clients actually need.

I came in with a better understanding of my true client, their needs, and the outcomes they seek. The cohort motivated me to take action and start doing instead of just thinking about doing. That shift from thinking to doing is worth more than any course I've taken.

help shape what this becomes.
This is for them.

Founding member pricing isn't a discount. It's an invitation to be part of building this. The first 5 clients get the Curriculum Rescue at $700 below the permanent price - in exchange for showing us what the rescue actually produces in the real world.

After July 27, 2026 - or when the 5th spot fills, whichever comes first - the price moves to $2,200. No extensions. No exceptions. The founding window closes when it closes.

What we build together
  • You complete the 30-day check-in with your real completion data
  • You allow your results to be used as an anonymized or named case study
  • You provide a written or video testimonial after the check-in

Not comfortable with any of those? Standard pricing will be available after July 27 - and the service will be identical. The only thing that changes is the price and the collaboration.

Common questions

Answered before you ask.

Still unsure?

If your question isn't here, reach out. Not a sales call - a 10-minute conversation to see if this is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll say so.

Ask a question
Because you can't objectively diagnose something you built. You're too close to your own expertise to feel the gaps a cold learner experiences. The Through Line Method is applied by someone with no prior relationship to your content - looking at it the way your students do: linearly, cold, without your context. Most coaches who come to the Curriculum Rescue have already rebuilt once. The rebuild didn't work because it moved furniture around a room that needed a new floor plan.
After the Quick-start Call - not when you pay, not when you submit the intake form. The clock starts when scope is confirmed and your content is shared. Incomplete intake or missing content means the clock hasn't started. This protects the quality of your diagnostic and means your delivery date is always accurate, never rushed.
Actually the best time. Installing a through line before you build is dramatically easier than rescuing a finished course - there's less to restructure and nothing to un-record. If you have your transformation and your key topics outlined, that's enough. We'll design the architecture so everything you build from here has a spine instead of discovering module 5 in that the whole thing needs to be redone.
Because 45 minutes of someone talking you through exactly what's broken in your specific curriculum - in plain language, in order of priority - is more useful than a document you have to decode alone. The Notion blueprint is there for reference and implementation. The Loom is the diagnosis. People re-watch it, share it with their VA, and refer back to it during implementation. A written report sits in a folder.
No. You export or share your content - Notion, Google Drive, PDF, slide decks, transcripts - whatever format it lives in. No platform login required. You stay in full control of your accounts at all times.
The delivery call is specifically for this. Every decision in the Loom has a rationale - nothing is handed down as a mandate. Push back is not just welcome, it's useful. This is your curriculum. That said: the framework shows you what's structurally there. The diagnostic doesn't guess - it finds what's missing and identifies exactly where the gaps are.
The through line problem is not niche-specific - it's structural. A health coach's curriculum and a business coach's curriculum fail for exactly the same reasons: no arc, no decision points, no completion moments. If you've built a program that contains information and you want learners to use it, the framework applies.
Two active at any given time - maximum. When both spots are occupied there's a waitlist. Availability shifts every 1–2 weeks as rescues complete. If you're ready, the right time to claim is now rather than when a spot opens up and you're scrambling to submit your intake.
One last thing

You already know
something's structurally wrong.
You've known for a while.

You've added content, rebuilt sections, posted more. And the completion rate hasn't moved. That's not a motivation problem. That's not a niche problem. That's a through line problem - and it has a precise fix.

Seven business days from now, you'll have a Loom walkthrough of exactly what broke and a Notion blueprint of exactly how to fix it. Not suggestions. Not homework. The structural spine your curriculum was missing - installed.
